Nepsewa Refund & Dispute Policy

At Nepsewa, we value our customers and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Dispute Policy below.


✅ Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Perishable goods, cosmetics, and personal items (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable.

  2. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (eSewa, bank transfer, card, or cash on delivery refund).

    • Refunds typically take 2–4 business days to process.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

    • Products purchased during flash sales or clearance offers.

    • Digital/virtual items.


⚖️ Dispute Policy

  1. Order Issues

    • If your order is missing, defective, or incorrect, please contact Nepsewa Support within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Our team will investigate and provide a solution: replacement, refund, or store credit.

  2. Dispute Resolution

    • Customers are encouraged to first resolve issues directly with Nepsewa Support.

    • If not resolved, disputes will be escalated to the Nepsewa Dispute Team.

    • Final resolution will be provided within 7 working days.

  3. Fair Use

    • Refunds and disputes are handled in good faith.

    • Repeated or fraudulent refund claims may result in account suspension.
