Shipping Policy
- Delivery Area: We deliver all over Nepal (or update to your country/region).
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping Charges: A standard shipping fee of 1550 NPR applies. Free shipping may be available on orders above 5000 NPR.
- Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Items such as personal care products, undergarments, and custom orders are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
