Shipping Policy

• Delivery Area: We deliver all over Nepal (or update to your country/region).
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping Charges: A standard shipping fee of 1550 NPR applies. Free shipping may be available on orders above 5000 NPR.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Eligibility:
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Items such as personal care products, undergarments, and custom orders are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  3. Once approved, return the item to our address (shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective).

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
