Multiple items can be added before checkout.

Review your order in the cart.

Provide delivery details (name, phone, address).

Select a payment option:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

eSewa / Khalti / Online Payment

Bank Transfer

β Order Confirmation

After checkout, customers receive an Order ID and confirmation message via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding public holidays).
π Order Processing & Delivery

Standard delivery timeline: 2β5 business days inside Kathmandu Valley, 3β7 business days outside Valley.

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed before confirming the purchase.

Customers can track orders via their Nepsewa account or customer support.
π Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement (if not shipped).

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Customers may still apply for a return/refund after receiving the item.
